Steve Evans
Steve Evans is the founder and Owner of Evans Properties and other sub-companies. He’s lived in Pitt County for over 60 years. He was a star athlete for DH Conley and also played sports at ECU. He graduated with a degree in business and education with a real estate minor. He then got his real estate broker/salesman license. He worked for Overton Powers a few years and then got in a Real Estate partnership for about four years. After a few years, Steve started Evans Properties. He has been the Broker in Charge of the various staff here, he is also one of very few that is GRI certified, and he has his CCIM for commercial real estate. He also has his appraisal license and property management training. He has been in all these categories for a combined 40+ years. Steve has his own rental properties, manages others, and has real estate investing experience. He’s a wealth of knowledge in the field and is a leading expert in real estate.
Austin Evans
Austin Evans was born and raised in Pitt County and is a lifelong ECU fan. He’s been in sales his whole life, but he grew up in real estate. His first job was answering phones, filing, measuring homes, showing houses. He now runs a real estate franchise for Little Pink Houses of America, covering about 40 counties in the eastern section of North Carolina. He specializes in creative finance real estate and is a national leader for Little Pink Houses. He’s the Business consultant and Project manager on staff for Evans Properties. Austin has the experience to take care of all clients, even in unique situations.
